How upgrading works
- 1 Install Shield (free) from the Chrome Web Store or Firefox Add-ons. Free tier blocks 22,000+ trackers and stays free forever.
- 2 Click "Upgrade to Premium" inside the extension's dashboard. Or pay directly here on this page if you're ready to commit before installing.
- 3 Receive your license key by email from Stripe. Paste it into Shield → Settings → Premium → Activate. Premium features unlock immediately.
Step 1: Install Shield
Free, no account, takes a minute. The free tier is enough for most users. Shield is currently in Chrome Web Store review (item ID apgiipaoknpflkngmeibegmbijppmpog); Firefox AMO submission to follow.

Step 2: Upgrade (optional, do anytime)

What we collect: email only
Payment is handled by Stripe with Managed Payments. Stripe collects what is required for tax and card processing; Symvek stores only your email and subscription status to deliver and renew your license key. No browsing data, no telemetry, no marketing list. License-key activation is local: paste once, the extension verifies the signature offline.
